Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams:Supervise teams in the implementation of unified communications projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and Maintain Documentation:Create and update network diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures to ensure robust project documentation.
- Conduct Network Assessments and Capacity Planning:Perform detailed network assessments and capacity planning to support the scalability and reliability of unified communications solutions.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues:Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to voice and video communication to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with Vendors and Third-Party Providers:Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and integrate new technologies and solutions.
- Global Transformation for Asia Pacific:Lead global transformation efforts in the Asia Pacific region as part of the CMA CGM IT Global UC Team, focusing on multiple streams:
- Stream 1 - PSTN Connectivity Evolution:Replace local telephony access with a regional telephony hub to optimize connectivity.
- Stream 2 - New Device Policy and Standard Definition:Replace all physical phones with softphones, and renovate and standardize meeting rooms.
- Stream 3 - UC Solution Refoundation:Replace and unify the enterprise telephony solution for all CMA CGM employees as part of customer care modernization using NICE CXOne.
- UC and Voice Technology Support:Manage the deployment and maintenance of Voice over IP solutions
- Plan and Implement Technologies:Lead the planning and implementation of technologies including:
- Microsoft Teams dial plans/voicemail/voice routing protocols (VRP)
- Direct routing configurations
- Microsoft Teams policies
- Auto attendants, call queues, and receptionist setups
- Microsoft Teams device deployments (Poly and MTR)
Job Requirements:
- Experience:Minimum of 4 years in project implementation and management, preferably in a global environment.
- Documentation Skills:Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
