
Product Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamicProduct Managerto lead the implementation and operations of products for one of our core corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies for core corporate functions.
- Plan and manage product roadmaps with a focus on long-term sustainability and reusability across Whole-of-Government (WOG) initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and align business requirements.
- Partner with development teams to translate these requirements into actionable features.
- Anticipate and address product-related challenges proactively.
- Continuously enhance products to maintain operational relevance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Oversee daily product operations and drive performance improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for core business users and end users.
- Monitor and report progress through regular updates and management reporting.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with hands-on experience in managing product roadmaps and day-to-day operations. They should exhibit strategic thinking to ensure long-term product success in alignment with evolving corporate requirements.
Requirements
Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management and operational roles, preferably with corporate or enterprise solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability and effectiveness in handling ambiguity.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and synthesize complex information rapidly.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in requirements gathering, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
