Key Responsibilities

  1. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design:Analyze business requirements for system enhancements and propose effective solutions.

  3. Incident and Request Management:Manage and resolve incidents, requests, and issues related to front-office post-trade systems and Calypso platforms.
  4. Troubleshoot, identify, and fix bugs or system inefficiencies to minimize operational disruptions.
  5. Testing & Validation:Coordinate and conduct user acceptance tests (UAT) to validate the functionality of system enhancements.
  6. Ensure thorough testing processes and adherence to quality standards.
  7. Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and end-users, to deliver seamless solutions.
  8. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical Expertise:Experience withfront-office post-trade systemsand/orCalypso platformsis mandatory.
  • Strong understanding offinancial assets(e.g., derivatives, fixed income, equities) and thetrade lifecycle.
  • Methodologies & Tools:Proven track record of working withinAGILEframeworks, including sprints, user stories, and iterative delivery.
  • Familiarity with issue-tracking and project management tools such as JIRA or similar.
  • Problem-Solving:Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and fix complex system issues efficiently.
  • Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree inInformation Technologyor an IT-related field.
  • Experience in financial services or a similar industry.
  • Prior involvement in large-scale system implementations or upgrades.
