Job Description

  • Achieve annual GAAP revenue targets by selling global cloud solutions to enterprise and SME clients.
  • Develop and manage channel partnerships to drive sales through business communities.
  • Build and maintain robust sales pipelines, while enhancing customer onboarding and partner enablement programs.
  • Deliver training and workshops to customers and partners to increase brand awareness and strengthen collaboration.
  • Provide end-to-end support for customers and channel partners, ensuring cloud solution adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve overall revenue targets and foster a strong ecosystem through knowledge sharing and teamwork.
  • Work with global back-office teams to contribute to product, solution, and operational improvements.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the cloud industry.
  • Proven experience engaging with regional or nationwide business communities (preferred).
  • Background in partnership development, alliance programs, or channel platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, culturally diverse global organization.
  • Strong ability to coordinate efforts across internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Skilled in managing change, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration while upholding high ethical standards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Alibaba Cloud ACA/ACP certification is a bonus.
