Job Description
This role will prioritise applicants who do not need a visa sponsorship and comes from a manufacturing background under the following specs:

You will act as a bridge between the cross functional team as a digital translator.
Your Mission
This role is responsible for developing a comprehensive Technology Roadmap and maintaining a robust ecosystem of innovation and technology partners. The individual will establish systems to monitor the performance of various factory processes, identify challenges to address through technology pilots, and adopt a data-driven approach to drive continuous improvement.
What to Expect
- Plan and implement the technology roadmap in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain a catalogue of use cases and technologies.
- Build and sustain an ecosystem of technology and innovation partners, working closely with key stakeholders.
- Define methodologies and detailed work processes to continuously measure performance and assess project ROI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and uncover critical operational challenges.
- Conduct data analysis to identify bottlenecks and system inefficiencies.
- Use data analysis and facilitate workshops to develop practical, sustainable solutions.
- Support operations teams with project management during solution implementation.
- Monitor performance improvements after deployment and ensure a smooth transition to production teams.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years (Junior) / 5-10 years (Senior) of experience in Management Consulting, Business Process Re-engineering, ICT Consulting, Process Innovation, or Business/System Consulting.
- Expertise in process innovation consulting or IT/OT system development projects.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis or Business Intelligence (BI) implementation.
