Responsibilities:

Responsible for operations & administrative roles and programme development to ensure services are at the pivotal point in serving people with neuromuscular conditions and caregivers.

1. Manage in-house nursing and healthcare staff; and co-ordinate locum’s training.

2. Manage the Care Services to ensure in delivering quality of care standards which include deploying & scheduling bookings; liaising with outsourced agencies; maintaining records; conducting home assessments; and handling enquiries & follow ups.

3. Involve in the digitalisation of Care Services.

4. Plan expansion and outreach of Care Services.

5. Develop and manage the Caregivers Support Framework.

6. Case work for home-help clients and caregivers.

7. Handle administrative and finance duties to ensure timely updates, process, and reporting.

8. Review & update standard operating procedures & guidelines to ensure good governance and practices.

Technical Competencies:

1. ‘O’/’A’ Level or Diploma in Community Care or equivalent

2. Min. 3 years with relevant work experience

3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel a must)

4. Meticulous, systematic, responsible and adaptable to change.

Core Competencies:

1. Good in teamwork, multi-task and time management

2. Ability to lead a team

3. Have a caring and empathetic heart

4. English & Mandarin speaking preferred

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Achievements/Characteristics:

Experience working in community care or patient care setting

Salary Range: $3,050 to $4,250 per month.

Other Information:

Location: Bishan

Working Hours: Monday–Friday (9am to 6pm) and Saturday (once monthly).
