  • Coordinate with global vendor planners to monitor shipment adherence and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Track and manage supplier purchase orders to maintain timely material availability and prevent delays.
  • Utilize SAP to oversee material stock levels and handle transactions efficiently.
  • Partner with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to plan, expedite, and facilitate smooth material movements.
  • Ensure suppliers comply with established procedures, delivery schedules, and service requirements.
  • Develop strategies to optimize material inventory and achieve inventory control targets.
  • Support new program launches through effective material coordination and planning.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in materials management within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP, strong analytical capabilities, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for managing supplier and team interactions.
