A company in healthcare manufacturing industry is currently looking for an AP Accounts Executive to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the manager, the incumbent will be responsible to manage daily AP operations, cash management, process monthly invoices and key invoices into the system, preparing and process payment, assist with month end closing, AP reconciliation, and resolve issues related to AP invoices.

The role will include some portion of AR as well, where the incumbent will be responsible to manage AR balance, process receipts, resolve discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and following up with invoices.

Successful candidates can expect to work in a role with opportunities of growth and training, with an established organization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience or exposure with AR function is good to have, AP experience prioritized
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin language as the role requires to communicate with the China branch
  • Previous experience with handling Sage software is preferred
