Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders and handle organisation's learning and development needs
- Develop organisation's overall learning plan and conduct learning needs analysis
- In charge of annual training budget
- Source and handle external partners regarding learning and development matters
- Develop and update employee orientation materials
- Conduct employee orientation
- Monitor employee training calendar and coordinate internal and external training programs
- Gather post training feedback and monitor effectiveness of training programs
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in HR or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development and HR Operations
- Strong ability in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Possess excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with stakeholders
