- Continuous Improvement:Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Propose enhancements that drive efficiency, scalability, and business value.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst, preferably in banking
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map them to technology solutions.
- Experience in documenting requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
