Regional HR Manager (Commodities Industry)
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing of all regional HR functions
Identifying of skill and competency gaps and supporting of talent development
Review of talent acquisition processes and providing recommendations/improvements to it
Supporting full life cycle recruitment needs
Implementing of HR policies and strategies and ensuring all policies comply with company standard
Identifying areas of improvement and implement performance management systems and initiatives
Ensure smooth operations in employee life cycle processes
Conducting of daily updates in HRIS data base
Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in a related discipline
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Able to start immediately or within short notice
