Hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process in a global talent solutions company

Exposure to sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring processes

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)

Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition

Assist in coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Support recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, and other key TA and OD initiatives.

Participate in market research to identify hiring trends and best practices

Assist in employer branding initiatives, including content creation for LinkedIn and social media

Provide general administrative support to the TA and OD team We're looking for individuals who:
