Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • To support and manage overall product planning and development for after sales car parts/products such as engine oil, brake part, oil filler and others.
  • Collect and analyze data to understand market trends and end customers needs, product/market feasibility study and profit stimulation for decision making
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors products.
  • Manage end-to-end supplier acquisitions including but not limited to sourcing, RFQ, selection to production
  • Develop detailed business planning of aftersales product model and parts, pricing strategy, packaging design and artwork.
  • Propose product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; forecast volume; costing and orders.
  • Prepare and present information to management for decision making including but not limited to product feasibility, product plan and strategy, mid to long-term product sales forecasts and profit
  • Manage timelines and schedules to ensure product successfully launch in the market.
  • Conduct sales performance tracking after product launch including effectiveness, sales results, pricing and customers feedbacks
  • Prepare and present product and sales performance reports during review meetings
  • Support other strategic initiatives projects as assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business and/or Mechanical Engineering discipline with 1-3 years of working experiences, no experience is welcome to apply
  • Passion for cars, car parts and car care product
  • Good business acumen and able to conceptualize strategies
  • Demonstrate innovative, creative and strategic thinking abilities
  • Self-starter, good social skills, problem-solver and adaptive to environment
  • Analytical, meticulous, team player and cheerful personality
  • Independent, self- motivated and able to multi task to meet deadline
  • Good organization skills and time management
  • Able to think independently providing creative solutions and respond flexibly to different business situations
  • Strong in communication, coordination, and interpersonal skill
  • Able travel to overseas
  • Skilled in Business and Data Analytics, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel (Intermediate), PowerPoint, Access), with Power BI as an added advantage
