  • Support daily operation, system, and logistics problems reported by ASEAN + INDIA sales branches.
  • Measure supply chain performance such as cost, service, quality, and productivity and analyze the data to find a problem.
  • Make project proposals and lead the project with an internal and external party.
  • Support global project implementation in ASEAN + India sales branches.
  • Plan and organize workshops and training to enhance supply chain knowledge and motivate related sales operation and logistics operation staff.
  • Design and implement new operations after studying cutting-edge technology and global trading trends.
  • Support action to execute business contingency plans for supply chain disruptions such as natural disasters, factory capacity problems, etc.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Able to work well in a global company as a team player while being independent and proactive.
  • Equip with critical, logical thinking with analytical skills to find the problem.
  • Equip with the presentation, and facilitation skills to lead change and manage projects.
  • Good interpersonal and effective communication skills to build good relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Have a challenging spirit and a positive attitude as a professional towards changes and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable to travel for work purpose.
  • Proficient in Microsoft skills.
