Primary Job Purpose:
Learning & Development
- Identify the learning, training and developmental needs of the organization.
- Develops training calendar, improvising the competency developmental framework (Skills matrix) with external training courses and training evaluations
- Lead on HR training system & audits
- Manage administration of training for budget and expenses, government funding schemes and claim process
- Lead in full cycle for internship programs
Recruitment
- Lead in full recruitment cycle from consultations directly with the hiring managers, to screening & selection of talents, to making of final offer
- Manage new hires administration and to conduct onboarding
- Develop reports on recruitment matters and administration
People Engagement
- Develop calendar and lead in people engagement activities/events
- Lead in Town halls communication and organization announcements
- Support plant communication
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources/ Business with 2-3 years experience in recruitment and L&D
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a strong desire to excel
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Possess excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Full training will be provided
