Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job fairs, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure those requirements are effectively met.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with fair employment guidelines and promote equal opportunities.
- Manage onboarding and exit procedures to facilitate smooth transitions for employees.
- Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to support talent pipelines.
- Generate and update various HR reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide support across various HR functions.
- Perform any other tasks as required by the HR department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR Operations within a multinational organization, with exposure in managing high-volume hiring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with all levels of staff.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
- Capable of managing a demanding workload with a hands-on approach.
- High ethical standards in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexible, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
