  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job fairs, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure those requirements are effectively met.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with fair employment guidelines and promote equal opportunities.
  • Manage onboarding and exit procedures to facilitate smooth transitions for employees.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to support talent pipelines.
  • Generate and update various HR reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide support across various HR functions.
  • Perform any other tasks as required by the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR Operations within a multinational organization, with exposure in managing high-volume hiring.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Capable of managing a demanding workload with a hands-on approach.
  • High ethical standards in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Flexible, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
