Responsibilities
- Ensure tax compliance for local and international entities in countries such as US, Europe and Asia, collaborating with external tax agents to prepare and file direct and indirect tax returns.
- Coordinate and review transfer pricing documentation in line with applicable guidelines and local regulations.
- Prepare and review tax provisions for current and deferred taxes, ensuring accurate periodic reporting.
- Liaise with tax authorities to address audits, investigations, and objections.
- Provide tax-related support during statutory audits and assist in the preparation of audited financial statements.
- Review contracts and agreements, advising on tax implications for ad hoc inquiries.
- Manage and oversee tax-related projects, ensuring alignment with compliance and organizational objectives.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with tax policies, while identifying areas for process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification such as Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax) is advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years specializing in transfer pricing
- Proficiency in Oracle or Hyperion, and strong knowledge of US GAAP is an advantage.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
