Job Description

Mandatory Skill: Need a technical EDI person with 7-8 years of experience. He should speaks Mandarin (Chinese) for a New Seeburger onboarding for 4 -6 OM signals.

As part of the Production support and Development team, your primary role would be to actively product support as well as operational and monitoring responsibilities within the scope of SEEBURGER Remote Services.

Knowledge on mapping / converter (any to any file format) using BICMD or equivalent tools from other integration products like IBM Sterling Integrator , Axway etc.

Well versed in Trading Partner Onboarding and communication setups.(AS2, FTP, sFTP, HTTPS, OFTP, JMS, Idoc etc.)

Experience on various file formats like X12, EDIFACT, JSON, XML,cXML fixed length, industry specific transactions end-to-end testing, practices, and procedures within the field.

Well versed with SEEBURGER BIS, Front end configuration, Message tracking, Development Studio, BICMD added advantage.

Certificate generations, setting up user Password encryption settings, Configuration of multitier password policies, pgp encryption and ssh keys etc. added advantage Assist in production issue resolution and root cause analysis.Gathering user feedback on the accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the system.

Assist in production issue resolution and root cause analysis.

Review logs for Production issues and user activities.

Knowledge on TPM (Trading partner management) - added advantage

Proficiency with B2B and Monitoring solutions - added advantage

Reviews system periodically for betterment and identify room for improvement.

Experience in solving Data quality issues and Connectivity issues.

Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Willingness to investigate, diagnose, and solve complex problems quickly and analytical skills.

Capability to work independently when required and also contribute to the team when situation demands.

Must have good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
