- Oversee the preparation of Management Accounts and Financial Statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements both locally and globally.
- Provide support for investment activities, focusing on financial products such as public equities and real estate investments.
- Act as the main liaison with tax service providers to ensure compliance with jurisdiction-specific tax regulations, primarily in Singapore and the United States.
- Facilitate trade executions and maintain relationships with private and retail bankers for investment activities in key markets.
- Stay informed about financial markets and trends, with a strong understanding of private and public market dynamics.
- Undertake ad-hoc project management responsibilities to support the team's operational and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance analytical insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the finance or investment industry, preferably in asset and wealth management.
- Hands-on experience with the U.S. stock and property markets, demonstrating strong market understanding.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for analytical and reporting purposes.
- Strong analytical acumen with excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills, alongside full fluency in English.
