  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team in pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, product selection and technical presentation
  • Conduct product failure analysis, technical report writing, and presentation to customer.
  • Provide technical support to field service engineers.
  • Provide guidance to technicians on product testing and troubleshooting.
  • Work with production team to identify and implement process/product quality improvement plans.
  • Other ad-hoc engineering projects and company initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering or technical support role.
  • Diploma/degree in Engineering related studies.
  • Understand basic electrical schematic diagram.
  • Good English speaking and writing, proficient at Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently, and in collaboration with other cross- functional team members.
  • Positive attitude, good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Possession of vacuum knowledge, semiconductor manufacturing process, basic programming and/or data analytical skills will be an added advantage.
