Job Title Regulatory Reporting Manager

Location Singapore

Experience 10 - 12 Years

Skills Roles & Responsibilities : PMP/Prince/MBA finance/CFA/Good experience in regulatory reporting. Experience of regulatory reporting within an investment banking/ trading environment is preferred. Lead Regulatory Reporting's technology enhancement initiatives and ongoing maintenance of regulatory reporting tools, including assessment and implementation of financial hierarchy changes. Good to have MSBI experience.

Job Description

  • Must Have Skills:Lead and manage regulatory reporting projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Strong communication skills - Role will require the ability to create and communicate requirements and status to executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the Bank's products and services its subsidiary business units.
  • Team player with ability to lead, be a self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ensure robust controls are in place to support timely and accurate production of statutory and regulatory financial reports.
  • Experience in handling team in different geographies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, and IT.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Responsibilities: Understanding the business requirement from stakeholder and converting the requirement into functional document.
  • Ensure deliverables meet business requirements
  • Document and communicate functionally.
  • Ensure all support or project activities are in compliance to the quality assurance, audit specification, internal controls and standards.
  • Provide up- to- date and accurate relevant documentation of changes, fixes, upgrades, enhancements of supported applications and implementation procedures in accordance to established standards.
  • Provide day to day management of the nearshore regulatory reporting team.
  • Assist in the timely, accurate and complete preparation of financial reporting.
  • Good to Have:Experience in Audit/Regulatory Reporting
  • Experience in Agile based development
  • Good knowledge of database structure and data mining - MS excel experience is must.
  • Understanding of Wholesale Banking/Capital Markets businesses, products and associated balance sheet, P&L and capital reporting.
