The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of SAP SD modules.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to order fulfillment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales process
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SD modules and industry best practices
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP SD - Lead to Cash
- Mandarin speaking and writing proficiency
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD modules
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- SAP certification is a plus
