Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relevant departments to establish and manage proper warranty structures and procedures in alignment with guidelines.
- Conduct internal warranty audits across all service centers to ensure compliance.
- Perform PEC claim audits for all centers to uphold standards and accuracy.
- Maintain warranty and goodwill policies and procedures that align with regulations, market demands, and company objectives.
- Monitor warranty cost trends and goodwill claims, providing corrective action recommendations to management when necessary.
- Ensure repair charges are accurately applied to the correct accounts to maintain financial integrity.
- Develop and enhance service warranty guidelines to achieve cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Host monthly briefings with workshop technicians to address warranty-related matters and updates.
- Investigate rejected claims, manage re-appeals and resubmissions, and compile data for managerial recommendations.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
