  • Inventory & Warranty Management:Oversee scrap parts storage and disposal, and ensure warranty processes align with factory guidelines.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving:Analyze recurring technical and quality issues, collaborating with the Technical Department for effective resolutions.
  • Performance Optimization:Inspire the team with performance reviews and coaching sessions to hit monthly sold-hour targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualifications:Nitec in Automotive Technology (Light Vehicle) or higher; Motors Trade Industry certification is a plus.
  • Experience:Minimum 6 years in the automotive industry.
  • Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead, inspire, and drive team success.
