  • Lead & Oversee:Manage a team of Production Technicians for smooth, safe operations.
  • Support Process Engineering:Assist in optimizing operations and driving cost-efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve:Quickly address plant and equipment issues with effective solutions.
  • Maintain Equipment Integrity:Ensure plant equipment is reliable and performs optimally.
  • Optimize Operations:Ensure consistent product quality and stable performance during shifts.
  • Train & Develop:Mentor team members to grow their skills and enhance performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualifications:Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
