Responsibilities

  • Achieve workshop turnover targets by effectively utilizing resources, including staff, equipment, tools, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Technical/Training Department to assess technician training needs, create development plans, and ensure new technicians complete necessary e-Learning within probation.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction by performing random quality audits on technician work.
  • Properly manage scrap parts storage and arrange timely disposal.
  • Adhere to warranty procedures as per guidelines, ensuring compliance in factory hours and FRU allocation.
  • Review recurring technical, product, and quality issues regularly, coordinating with the Technical Department to resolve them.
  • Conduct staff performance appraisals and counseling sessions to support improvement and achieve monthly sold hours targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Nitec in Automotive Technology (light Vehicle) or higher educational level
  • Certification of Motors Trade Industry is preferred
