  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Experience in automotive training is a MUST

Responsibilities

  • Assess the company's current activities and future goals to determine training requirements and gaps.
  • Create and execute training programs (technical, non-technical, and product-specific) based on identified needs, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
  • Lead customer-centric sessions, ICT Service Technician/Senior Technician training, HVT Training, and certifications to enhance staff competency and reduce turnaround time.
  • Update training literature and manuals, procure and maintain training equipment, and oversee training-related assets.
  • Partner with departments to address process and procedural gaps and facilitate ad-hoc events
  • Track and ensure employee progress in certifications within the stipulated timeframe while handling training administration tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Having attained ACTA/ACLP is an added advantage.
  • Prior automotive training experience will be an added advantage.
