  • Oversee event setup, logistics, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage all execution phases, from venue setup and procurement to staff training and on-the-ground troubleshooting.
  • Control budgets by optimizing resource allocation, monitoring expenses, and ensuring event objectives align with financial constraints.
Event Marketing & Promotion
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to maximize event visibility and participation through digital and offline channels.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, posters, and video promotions to engage the target audience.
Event Performance & Optimization
  • Establish metrics for measuring event success, including attendance, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize analytics tools to evaluate event effectiveness and generate data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Who You Are:Educational Background
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience & Expertise
  • Minimum of 3 years of event planning and execution experience, with a track record of managing large-scale events successfully.
  • Experience in event marketing across diverse industries, with a preference for internet and financial sectors.
  • Exposure to Web3 industry events is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong expertise in event planning, logistics, and execution across various event formats.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Gantt charts and event management software.
  • Strong copywriting and design skills for creating engaging promotional materials; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
  • Experience in using data analytics tools to measure event outcomes and optimize future strategies.
