Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Leaders:Engage with Regional HR Directors, Talent Managers, and senior leaders to design impactful learning strategies. Communicate effectively through email, written reports, and presentations to influence and inspire.
  • Drive Learning & Growth:Partner with line managers to identify learning needs through appraisals and consultations. Develop and deliver dynamic L&D solutions that enhance team performance, followed by monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Manage Budgets with Impact:Plan and advise on annual L&D budgets within the HR department. Track and optimize costs to maximize the value of every learning initiative.
  • Plan for Success:Design a 12-month training schedule that adapts to evolving business needs. Integrate global talent development programs into regional strategies to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Experts:Build strong relationships with external training providers to deliver world-class personal and management development opportunities.
  • Be a Problem-Solving Coach:Guide line managers in resolving performance challenges through tailored training and development. Leverage your expertise to address complex issues with creativity and discretion.
  • Champion Graduate Development:Collaborate on graduate trainee programs, from recruitment to career planning, while leading L&D initiatives that set early-career professionals up for success.
