Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide career development support, and ensure team members are equipped for success.
Technical Leadership
- Provide hands-on guidance in software development, system architecture, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Review and evaluate designs, code, and system architectures to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
Client Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, addressing challenges, managing escalations, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between client requirements and technical delivery.
Best Practices & Delivery Excellence
- Establish and promote best practices for development, architecture, and quality assurance.
- Oversee technical project delivery and coordinate with business units to address challenges and meet regional commitments.
Technical Expertise
- Leverage proficiency in one or more of the following areas: cloud platforms (AWS), databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL), operating systems (Linux/Windows), Java frameworks, or DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in software development, architecture, and SDLC best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and managing technical teams.
- Exceptional client-facing and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to balance people management responsibilities with hands-on technical delivery.
