Client Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, addressing challenges, managing escalations, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between client requirements and technical delivery.

Best Practices & Delivery Excellence

  • Establish and promote best practices for development, architecture, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee technical project delivery and coordinate with business units to address challenges and meet regional commitments.

Technical Expertise

  • Leverage proficiency in one or more of the following areas: cloud platforms (AWS), databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL), operating systems (Linux/Windows), Java frameworks, or DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

Skills and Qualifications
