- Collaborate with Business Units during their reorganization, offering guidance on manpower requests.
- Investigate reorganization possibilities, emphasizing areas with potential synergies or a significant amount of administrative/transactional work that could be streamlined or automated.
- Supervise the precise upkeep of the organizational structure and positions in Success Factor.
- Act as the primary coordinator for the annual Manpower Budgeting Exercise for the Head Office, involving communication with divisions, reviewing their plans, and preparing presentations for Management clearance.
- Coordinate with Payrolls to execute budget cost planning for the upcoming Financial Year.
- Verify the accuracy of monthly workforce metrics for reporting purposes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from a university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR manpower planning and organizational development within a commercial setting, demonstrating proficiency in handling organizational dynamics issues and successfully executing enterprise-level change programs.
- Capable of working autonomously, effectively managing competing priorities, and performing well under pressure.
