To support administration and financial management of local and international research projectsDuties & Responsibilities
  • Organise calendars, room bookings and meetings;
  • Support in the organisation of events, including managing venue bookings, coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements and communication with participants
  • Support new projects being set up by the School (administration and coordination with Research Office to set up and manage contracts);
  • Support budget monitoring and tracking of expenditure for research program
  • Process invoices and payments and assist with reconciling expenses, credit card statements and receipts;
  • Support communication across project stakeholders and investigators;
  • Other duties in support of the team and related to the role.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, Finance or related field
  • Previous experience in administrative roles or event organisation preferred but not required
  • A good team player who is self-motivated and well-organised with the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills
