Roles & Responsibilities
Location :Sembwang
Work Hours:Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Competitive Salary:$2,800 - $3,500
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with departments, clients, and contractors to ensure timely order fulfillment, documentation, and billing.
Manage job assignments for contractors, ensuring schedules, budgets, and costs are met.
Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, quoting, obtaining approvals, coordinating deliveries, and managing post-delivery actions.
Communicate with clients on job requests, pricing, and approval of quotations, and issue service reports.
Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and maintain records for machinery, equipment, and consumables.
Resolve customer complaints promptly, working with the Operations Team to find solutions.
Ensure timely billing in collaboration with the Operations Team and Finance Department.
Reconcile attendance and process labor and overtime claims based on approved timesheets.
Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Job Requirements
Diploma in any field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure with attention to detail.
