The individual will support payroll processing, including timekeeping and liaising with payroll vendors, as well as assist with benefits administration, ensuring timely enrollments and addressing employee inquiries. A key focus is ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies, performing audits, maintaining handbooks, and staying updated on HR trends. The role also involves talent management and development, such as performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and training delivery, while working closely with Talent Acquisition for recruitment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, creating HR metrics and reports, resolving employee queries, and performing other tasks aligned with HR team strategies.Your ProfileThe ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a global company, and a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Experience working in APAC regions is essential, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, including skills such as creating presentations, conducting data analysis, and using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
