Infra Project Manager (ITSM) | 7K (Finance domain)
Responsibilities:
1) Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, business users, and external vendors. Effectively communicate project goals, requirements, and progress to ensure all parties are aligned.
2) Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate with external vendors, ensuring they meet agreed-upon performance standards, timelines, and contractual obligations. Address any challenges or issues with vendors promptly to avoid project delays.
3) Business Requirements: Work closely with business users to gather, clarify, and document business requirements. Ensure that the project scope and deliverables align with business needs and objectives.
4) Project Coordination & Execution: Take an active role in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Help manage project schedules, resources, and ensure that key milestones are achieved.
5) Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that any issues or roadblocks are addressed in a timely manner.
6) Challenge-Driven Problem-Solving: Be proactive in identifying challenges and roadblocks, working with the team and stakeholders to implement creative solutions that keep the project on track.
7) Banking Domain Knowledge: Leverage your experience in the banking sector to ensure that projects comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal best practices.
8) Bilingual Communication: Utilize your fluency in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with international teams, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration across regions.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in related field.
2) Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
3) Over 5 years of experience in project management and Operation support, with a proven track record of managing successful projects, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
4) In-depth understanding of banking operations, products, and regulations.
5) Strong vendor management experience and the ability to negotiate and manage third-party relationships.
6) Having knowledge of ITSM tools and process.
7) Ability to adapt to and manage challenges, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
8) Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
9) Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
10) PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
11) ITIL or equivalent certification is a plus.
