Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and internal sales team, handling customer NDA and sample request

Collect customers feedback and provide recommendation to customer for design requirements, product enhancements and capture new product opportunities

Responsible for identifying and clarifying any technical issues related to new or existing products, and clearly communicate findings to the respective business unit

Hands-on technical support to customers, documenting problems, and suggesting solutions

Report design, reliability and functional problems to the appropriate groups within company & associate groups and work to solve problems

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (Electronics) or equivalent

5 years of technical customer support experience in semiconductor industry

Field experience or hands-on practice or knowledge of multi-disciplinary system design and development

Knowledge of Smart Card, RFID and microcontroller products; knowledge of physical access control and the security industry is desirable

Experience with or knowledge of one or more of: CCD, CMOS image sensors, image capture, video standards, image processing
