Job Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary administrative tasks and provide daily operational support to assigned operating unit(s)/area(s), services, or programs.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with partners, both internal and external, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Track and monitor relevant datasets, responding promptly to changes in data.
  • Prepare and analyze data for reports and assist in drafting various documents as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all service and operations standards and requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance and contribute to the development of tracking and monitoring systems within the department.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing service quality and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Assist in planning and implementing changes aimed at improving service levels and raising quality standards.
  • Participate in planning, implementing, and managing quality improvement projects at both Hospital-wide and Departmental levels.
  • Provide active support for staff training and development initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent to promote a mindset change for Hospital-wide/Departmental level initiatives, fostering a culture of collegiality and effective teamwork.

Job Requirement

  • Degree in any relevant discipline
  • Training will be provided to candidates with no prior experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • People-oriented with a focus on outcomes; ability to work well in a team and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, corporate administration, and healthcare administration concepts is advantageous.
