Customer Service Officer (Healthcare)
Job Description
Working Hours / Days: 8.30AM - 5.30PM (Mon Fri) , 08.30AM 12.30PM (Alt Sat)
Our Public Healthcare Client located (near MRT) is inviting individuals who enjoys customer service to join their healthcare family as a Patient Service Associate.
Candidates without relevant experiences and positive attitude and has a keen interest in customer service are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre.
- Maintain overall dcor and cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area.
- Attend to patients at counters for registration and payment and appointment line.
- Provide financial counselling where necessary.
- Trace case notes for walk-in cases, billing and charges.
- Account for handover and closing of counter payments.
- Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.
- Assist doctors with patient's medical reviews in the consultation rooms.
Requirements:
- Possess GCE N Level, GCE O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in customer service and customer handling preferred.
- Candidate with experiences in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
- Open to work overtime and deployment during pandemic.
