Job Responsibilities
- Law Firm Retention Documentation ManagementPrepare ECAT and retention agreements (new and renewals).
- Circulate agreements via email for signatures.
- Track and manage law firm renewals (approximately every two years).
- Law Firm Invoice ManagementAssist in tracking reviewed and approved invoices.
- Provide monthly reports on legal expenses.
- Monitor spending under ECAT and assess renewal needs.
- Legal Action Reporting for License ComplianceMaintain and update the status of legal actions across all Asia Pacific countries and associated law firms.
- Legal Case Tracking & ReportingOversee the process, tracking, and reporting of legal cases, including associated metrics.
- Legal Document PreparationAssist in drafting and preparing simple legal documents for signatures.
- Administrative SupportHandle miscellaneous tasks such as travel and expense claims.
Required Skills, Experience, & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, including email correspondence, calls, and meeting coordination.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with initiative.
