Responsibilities
- Venue & Space Management: Assist in venue operations, manage contractor relationships, handle RFQs, and plan space allocation for optimal event flow.
- Vendor & Partner Liaison: Fulfill vendor and partner operational needs during the event, ensuring smooth coordination and addressing logistical issues.
- Logistics & Inventory: Manage transportation, storage, and procurement of event materials, ensuring efficient inventory tracking and compliance with necessary permits and licenses.
- Compliance & Licensing: Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements are met for each event.
- Ticketing & Registration: Manage ticketing platforms, track ticket sales, and oversee onsite registration and queue management for smooth attendee flow.
- Part-Time Staff Management: Oversee part-time staff, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and smooth event execution.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in event operations, logistics, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum diploma or higher qualification.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
- Passion for pets and events (must be comfortable being in close proximity with all types of pets).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and transport event logistics when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
