We are seeking a dynamic and organised Program Planning Assistant Manager to support our team in delivering high-impact events and programmes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

He/she will work with the Planning team comprising programme and project managers, corporate communications, external partners and vendors to successfully execute events, and deliver programme initiatives.

Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics coordination and scheduling.

Support communications efforts, including drafting content and managing social media channels.

Liaise with external parties and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.

Contribute to PMO-related tasks, including progress tracking and reporting.

Track, maintain & monitor budget utilisation & expenses.

Prepare & publish periodic reports e.g. manpower, expenses.

Support procurement needs.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Manage project timelines and deadlines.

Provide administrative support to other team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications, IT or related field.

3 - 5 years of experience in programme / event planning, project coordination, or similar role.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Keen attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
