Job Description:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and delivery timelines.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • To manage order processing, ensure timely delivery, and provide excellent customer support
  • Track and monitor shipments, proactively addressing any delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
  • Prepare reports on order processing, delivery performance, and customer service metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • at least 1 year of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of order processing systems and/or SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and logistics operations.
