  • Lead the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, including network, systems, storage, and security initiatives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budgets.
  • Manage project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee the implementation of systems, networks, and other IT solutions, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners to procure resources and services as needed.
  • Manage project risks, anticipating potential challenges, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project deliverables, are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to senior management, identifying any risks or issues that could affect project outcomes.
  • Facilitate post-project evaluations and ensure proper project closure, including documentation of lessons learned.
