AML/CFT Operation Management Expert
The AML/CFT Operation Management Expert plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and safeguards the integrity of financial transactions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of AML/CFT end-to-end operations processes, including KYC/onboarding, Sanctions, PEP, and Adverse Media reviews, as well as Transaction Monitoring and Suspicious Activity Information (SAI) filing.

Job Description
- Assist in regulatory projects such as licensing and regulatory reporting on behalf of AML regional operation teams.
- Cooperate and coordinate with multi-functions to ensure AML/CFT regional operations (end-to-end operation execution processes) comply with AML applicable regulatory requirements.
- Organize and lead the enhancement and execution of AML operation systems such as due diligence, BCM, and internal/external audits.
- Ensure internal policies, procedures, and controls are well communicated and adopted across all AML regional operation teams.
- Set up an effective mechanism to continuously monitor if operation processes are performed properly and proactively observe any abnormal execution deviations from procedures.
- Consolidate and analyze the periodical compliance results in the fields of Process, System, and Training.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and effectively share them within the team.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in Finance, International Trade, or related majors.
- Minimum of 5 years of AML operation experience in compliance/internal control within a complex organization with a global presence.
- A specialist in defining standards of AML/CFT operation processes and execution in compliance with applicable regulations.
- You should be proactive, organized, and efficient—able to work well under pressure, as a lean thinker or process master with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to self-motivate, be motivated by your manager, and motivate your colleagues.
