Are you detail-oriented and passionate about corporate governance? As our Corporate Secretarial Executive / Senior Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Department and Managers in ensuring corporate compliance and managing secretarial responsibilities for a diverse portfolio of companies.

This role offers an opportunity to be hands-on with corporate secretarial work, internal services, and external liaison tasks at the corporate level.

[Your Role & Responsibilities]

  • Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.
  • Manage all corporate secretarial work related to your portfolio, including preparing necessary documents/resolutions, BizFile submissions, updating statutory registers, and liaising with clients.
  • Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance, and ongoing company administration matters.
  • Liaise with Registered Agents for the incorporation of offshore companies.
  • Maintain and update companies’ statutory registers, filing specific resolutions with the Company Registrar of various offshore jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Provide guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistants.
  • Perform related ad-hoc assignments pertaining to the role.

[Education]

  • Diploma or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications.

[Skills & Experience]

  • 2-3 years of corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry or related field.
  • Experienced candidates will be considered for a senior executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with corporate secretarial software such as Viewpoint is an advantage.
