Corporate Secretary, Executive

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about corporate governance? As our Corporate Secretarial Executive / Senior Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Department and Managers in ensuring corporate compliance and managing secretarial responsibilities for a diverse portfolio of companies.
This role offers an opportunity to be hands-on with corporate secretarial work, internal services, and external liaison tasks at the corporate level.
[Your Role & Responsibilities]
- Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.
- Manage all corporate secretarial work related to your portfolio, including preparing necessary documents/resolutions, BizFile submissions, updating statutory registers, and liaising with clients.
- Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance, and ongoing company administration matters.
- Liaise with Registered Agents for the incorporation of offshore companies.
- Maintain and update companies’ statutory registers, filing specific resolutions with the Company Registrar of various offshore jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Provide guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistants.
- Perform related ad-hoc assignments pertaining to the role.
[What We Are Looking For]
[Education]
- Diploma or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications.
[Skills & Experience]
- 2-3 years of corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry or related field.
- Experienced candidates will be considered for a senior executive role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with corporate secretarial software such as Viewpoint is an advantage.
