- Implement strategies to increase efficiencies with existing suppliers while driving continuous improvement in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Drive supplier development initiatives to ensure a mature and stabilized supply chain with optimized cost structures.
- Support internal processes such as SLT forecasting, production planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or procurement within the solar industry or related sectors.
- Strong technical expertise in solar cell technology, manufacturing processes, and supplier landscapes within ASEAN & China.
- In-depth understanding of global solar cell market trends, industry regulations, and compliance requirements (U.S. trade laws, anti-dumping policies, CPV regulations, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify impact, develop cost models, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, NPI, finance, and supply chain teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals
