  • Responsible for establishing contact with registered partners and sharing of new initiatives.
  • Oversee the engagement of new and existing employers.
  • Researching and obtaining updated contact details for any liaisons who are no longer with the organization
  • Make outbound calls to registered partners to confirm current contact person and phone number.
  • Document and update contact information in the database accurately.
  • Identify and research new contact details for liaisons who have left the organization.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with partners to gather necessary information.
  • Follow up on any incomplete or ambiguous information to ensure clarity.
  • Maintain a record of calls made and responses received for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in generating reports on partner contact status as needed.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection protocols when handling partner information.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent communication and information sharing regarding partner contacts
  • Carry out any other duties assigned
Job Requirement:
  • Minimal Experience needed
  • Adept at engaging partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and negotiations skills.
  • Outgoing personality and a good team player.
  • Passion in serving the rehabilitation and aftercare sector.
Work Arrangement
  • Contract Priod: 12 months
  • Salary: $2390
  • Working hours: 8.15 am to 5.45 pm (Mon to Thur); 8.15 am to 5.15 pm (Fri)
