Job Description
- To provide after-sale service and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- To perform installation, retrofit & upgrade, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for electronics assembly and inspection equipment.
- Work with principals to diagnose technical problem, determine the solution and assist customer in implementing the fix.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with principals and customers for equipment installation.
- To conduct on-site evaluation for electronics assembly and inspection equipment at customer sites.
- To provide basic operation and maintenance training to customers.
- To support sales in technical support and application of products.
- To provide standby duty and overtime work when required.
- Knowledge and experience for PLC program will be advantage.
Requriments
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, EEE, or Computer Engineering.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with mechatronic systems (e.g., PTZ cameras, pan-tilt units, CNN machines), troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance in outdoor environments.
- Familiarity with OS and computer software installation and device control.
- Experience with computer and/or network hardware is an added advantage.
- Ability to work onsite in outdoor environments.
- Ability to write reports.
