Job Description:
- Focus on specific market segments to identify and prospect high potential accounts, make new sales contacts, capture new customers to grow business for the company
- Understand the business needs of customers for focused new business hunting
- Execute new product planning and prepare technical sales kits
- Provide support in quotation processes, customer follow up, sales & technical discussion to the overseas Business Development team
- Drive revenue and manage pipelines to achieves sales quota per the assignment
- Conduct market / product research in assigned market segment for business planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering discipline
- Proven sales track record in Electronics Industry or Electronic Manufacturing setting with good interpersonal and negotiation skills to acquire new customers & close deals
- Over 5 years’ experience in sales & marketing, business development, program management and technical background is preferable
- Experience in conducting market, product research report and strong in statistics analysis for market data
- Experience in office setup and establishment is an advantage
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and relevant AI tools
- Team player with excellent communication, organization, planning skills
