Job Description:

  • Focus on specific market segments to identify and prospect high potential accounts, make new sales contacts, capture new customers to grow business for the company
  • Understand the business needs of customers for focused new business hunting
  • Execute new product planning and prepare technical sales kits
  • Provide support in quotation processes, customer follow up, sales & technical discussion to the overseas Business Development team
  • Drive revenue and manage pipelines to achieves sales quota per the assignment
  • Conduct market / product research in assigned market segment for business planning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering discipline
  • Proven sales track record in Electronics Industry or Electronic Manufacturing setting with good interpersonal and negotiation skills to acquire new customers & close deals
  • Over 5 years’ experience in sales & marketing, business development, program management and technical background is preferable
  • Experience in conducting market, product research report and strong in statistics analysis for market data
  • Experience in office setup and establishment is an advantage
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and relevant AI tools
  • Team player with excellent communication, organization, planning skills
