As the Project Manager you will lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions focusing on Video analytics and surveillance related system integration.

Key focus is to understand the business requirements then design integration solutions that meet their needs, develop comprehensive integration plans and technical specifications and provide the technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of the integration solutions development.

Mandatory Skill(s)

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering;

Possess a track record of steering project management roles, prominently in the Video analytics industry

Demonstrate extensive comprehension of video management systems, alongside video analytics and associated technologies;

Leadership in shepherding development teams and orchestrating intricate integration projects;

Good at troubleshooting and meticulous attention to detail;

Familiarity with video-related protocols and compression standards like RTSP, H.264;

Strong skills in communication, consulting, negotiation, and conceptualization;

Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts, and build consensus both internally and externally

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Proven experiences in handling CCTV/ Video analytics related project

Deep understanding in Agile development for software products

Experience with project management software tools

Excellent working attitude, problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation, and negotiation skills

Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills

Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

Lead development teams in the implementation of integration solutions, providing guidance and support throughout

Oversee the deployment process, encompassing rigorous testing, configuration, and hands-on client support

Curate comprehensive technical documentation, serving as a go-to resource for integration solutions;

Offer training and support to both internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless adoption and troubleshooting assistance;

Remain abreast of industry advancements, consistently seeking avenues for enhancing and innovating integration solutions

Lead, plan and drive large scale project that focus on CCTV installation and video analytics

Coordinate internal resources and external parties/vendors for flawless execution of assigned projects

Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Upfront planning to ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, implement and track progress

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Report and escalate to management when needed

Manage the relationship with customers and relevant stakeholders

Perform other related duties as assigned

Develop spreadsheets and PowerPoint to document needs and update
